Size DOES matter when we're talking about mufflers. Black Widow's Big D muffler is in a class of it's own at almost 22" long and width of 7 1/2" and made for larger-diameter systems of 5" and over. If you're looking for that aggressive Black Widow sound and "size does matter", this is the muffler you need! All Big D mufflers are backed by Black Widow’s Lifetime Limited Warranty. Any modifications to the product or its intended use or damage by accident, misuse, abuse or misapplication voids this warranty. You may also have other rights which may vary from State to State., PROPER INSTALLATION Black Widow Performance mufflers are universal, therefore may require additional materials for proper installation. Each muffler should have at least one hanger welded to the BODY of the muffler that securely attaches to the undercarriage of your vehicle (see installation card included with each unit for details). Not using a hanger attached to the BODY of the muffler will void your warranty. Punctures to the exterior of the muffler due to improper welding will void this warranty as well. Improper installation can cause damage to yourself and to others – and possibly even death. Because of this we highly recommend installation by a professional facility such as a qualified muffler shop. Should you have any problems or questions regarding a Black Widow Performance product involving either installation or performance, please call the installation facility first to attempt to resolve the problem. Uncontrollable circumstances due to collision, weather, undercarriage road impact or debris, lack of maintenance or extreme heat or cold can damage or disfigure the product appearance and are not covered under this warranty. Improperly installed, altered, misused, repaired and willful or negligent acts are also not covered under this warranty. Please do not return your muffler if you do not like the sound or sound level - Black Widow Performance, Inc. does not warranty for sound. Our performance mufflers are created to allow for maximum airflow, which can result in higher sound levels than stock mufflers and mufflers not designed for performance. Products are available for purchase from most local and online retailers that can reduce and/or change the sound. Black Widow Performance, Inc.’s only obligation shall be limited to the replacement at Black Widow Performance, Inc.’s sole discretion and only if the product returned displays a material or workmanship defect.
